In January 2023 Alexei launched Better Business Podcast. This podcast features interviews with entrepreneurs and also solo episodes where Alexei shares his knowledge across a number of business topics. The aim of this podcast is to Create Positive Change to businesses via inspiration, education and motivation.
Better Business Lunch and Learn
Lunch and Learn is a monthly business event that Alexei conducts in partnership with local businesses. These events are aimed at business networking, building relationships and education through expert presentations. The format of these events is fairly causal that starts with networking and then combines grabbing a meal while listening to a presentation. The cost of the event entry covers basic lunch, drinks and refreshments.
Masterminds
Mastermind is an invite-only business meeting that Alexei runs every 6-8 weeks. These meetings typically are held over lunch and include 4-5 business owners at a time. The objective of the Masterminds is to be able to get to know the business owners, learn about their challenges and have input from other attendees as to how these problems can be solved.
The Mastermind meetings are an efficient way to help business owners succeed. The input from business owners provides direction, great introductions (and referrals) and alternatives approaches to solving problems. Overall the concept creates powerful long-term success-oriented relationships.
